Sabana Crowcroft

is a paradigm shifter. She questions the core beliefs and accepted truths that shape most people's lives on an unconscious level. She helps people see things about themselves and their behaviour that they could not possibly have uncovered by themselves. Following a career as a Golf Professional on the Women’s European Tour, Sabana spent more than 17 years as an international golf coach and researcher of sports and human psychology.
When she launched KAGAMI in Europe, it was the only sports training to work with all standards of player without giving instructions. Today many Golf Professionals are interested to learn this fast, effective coaching method. Over the years Sabana observed with fascination the analogies between people's behaviour on the golf course and in the rest of their lives. From these experiences she developed the KAGAMI Management Seminars where golf is used as a powerful feedback instrument that mirrors to people how their inner reality affects their golf swing, life swing and work swing. Sabana's open personality allows her to work with people on a fundamental, personal level, where effortless change is possible.

Before he found his vocation as a Golf Professional, Andy was a top amateur player in Germany.Over the years he changed his teaching style to a holistic coaching method, due to his passion for the mental side of the game. Along with additional trainings such as Master NLP and Mental Coaching Andy already had a broad base of knowledge upon which to draw prior to his KAGAMI Further Education. Now qualified as a KAGAMI Golf Assistant he has even more tools and understanding available to him, about how brain and body work together. In KAGAMI he has discovered an effective, practical way of helping his clients learn faster and with less stress. A form of “instruction manual for the brain” that is also helpful in other areas of life. Andy is today one of the most flexible, effective Golf Professionals in the business.

His experiences with clients and his own game, showed him the importance of the mental side of the game. After attending an Inner Game of Golf Seminar, he was drawn to KAGAMI because of the mixture of mental and technical aspects addressed in the methodology.     Ernst is constantly fine-tuning his teaching methods in the direction of working with no instructions. His clients are already talking about how powerful his training has become since studying with KAGAMI.

Bernd Braun

was the first Kagami Golf Coach trained by Sabana Crowcroft in 1997.
Bernd is a Health Practitioner, therefore he looks at golf from the perspective of health and range of movement. In his training, he uses a mixture of  video analysis and special therapeutic measures (Matrix Rhythmus Therapie) which raises the understanding of the player for the golf movement in relation to their own flexibility. Although much of what Bernd teaches is based on KAGAMI, he has his own Golf Training method, and is not licenced as a KAGAMI Golf Coach.
