This workshop is for all women who know intuitively they have the potential to be more successful and fulfilled than they are currently experiencing and would like support to discover and overcome what is holding them back.

Define the core values that motivate your relationships and actions.
Develop a strategy to powerfully impact your superiors or potential clients.

Course Content:

Discover the limiting core beliefs or attitudes that could sabotage your success

Define the values in all 7 areas of your life that motivate and inspire you

Brainstorm and Mind-Map your vision and goals for an inspiring life

Adopt and integrate more supportive core beliefs and attitudes

You will work through the 4 Step process of “Defining Yourself Uniquely”

Recognition of your own unique skills and attributes as a woman

Discover how these strengths can be effectively utilised in your chosen field

Devise a strategic plan how to implement these

Understand the historical conditioning that could be holding you back

Develop an action plan based on your personal brand

Authenticity and the plasticity of the female brain

The gender brain differences

The dangers inherent in too much adaptability

The mindset for successful Intra-personal skills

Leading up and effective networking with superiors.

This In-house workshop can be run as a 2 day or 3 day format, depending on the participants and the depth of behavioural change required.
