"What in Heaven’s name does Leadership Coaching have to do with golf? Of course – another clever marketing idea! After all, golf is a game I play in my free time and has nothing to do with my working life. Leadership and golf – what rubbish!!
Oops, wrong…!  Golf is a game yes, and it can also be much more than a game.
Plato is believed to have said: “You can discover more about a person in an hour of play than in a year of conversation.“ Since we take ourselves with us wherever we go in our lives, this is also true of our golf game. The Lonely Island
"There it is again, that sympathetic laugh on their face.  A mixture of confusion, real consolation and deep friendship. Those real friends are thinking - well there he is again in his world, that so far away is - the poor guy!  He carries such a heavy burden of his unusual hobby - reading golf books!
Playing golf OK, checking out the occasional golf magazine - also fine. But gathering rows of golf books, that is almost crazy. The worst part is he talks about them all!
Yes it's true. I am a well known bookaholic. I have brought many a Golf Pro to wild laughter over my depth of knowlege from the golf literature......
However one book stands out clearly from this Universe of Golf books, like the North Star in the heavens.  That is the masterpiece "KAGAMI - the Sacred Mirror" from Sabana Crowcroft. It is one of these books, where the horizon of the reader is constantly being broadened.........
KAGAMI manages to bring across pictures, visualisations and feeling exercises in such a playful was, that during the golf swing the intellect is free of disturbing thoughts."

Kagami Further Education


We started the first Kagami Further Education to Assistant Golf Coach in November with 3 participants for a 5 day training at Son Antem. It was a challenging week for the participants, whereby many beliefs about the teacher/pupil relationship were shattered. They experienced for themselves the freedom and power of finding their own answers during a coaching process. At the end everyone did a fabulous coaching session on a golfing “guinea pig” and was able to experience the effects of not giving instructions. Their training continues in April.
