Sabana Crowcroft offers private Executive Coaching sessions to Managers and Leaders who want an impartial sounding board and support to find their own answers, which are seemingly hidden from view.

For many leaders it’s very lonely at the top. The decisions they make affect many lives. Yet those close to them usually have some kind of vested interest in specific outcomes. Taking the time out to consider and review circumstances pays dividends.

During the Executive Coaching sessions Sabana holds the mirror and helps bring clarity to complex situations. Armed with an array of skills and techniques at her disposal, she helps the individual take a step back, connect seemingly disconnected events or information, see the bigger picture, and make important decisions themselves. She does not need to know the answers.
