Kagami
means “sacred mirror” in Japanese. We mirror for participants
through unique experiential golf exercises, powerful models and
assignments between workshops. Participants discover effective as
well as limiting “Behaviour Motivators” – these are the core
attitudes, beliefs and values that run their lives on a daily basis.
They are then able to adjust and try out new more effective Behaviour
Motivators in the workshop environment with immediate feedback.
When an individual changes a core belief their behaviour changes – and the world around them changes immediately. Experiencing this cause and effect first in sport provides the necessary confidence to take newly found beliefs into the workplace.
The experiences of the participants are anchored in the cells of the body, not just the intellectual mind and therefore are much harder to forget.

Golf experience is absolutely NOT necessary – beginners receive a 30-minute Kagami introduction to the game, after which everyone can hit the ball from a tee with an iron effortlessly and enjoy the experience. Then the work begins!
